Tabled pricing (on all pages of website) includes: the basic structure, trim, 60" double doors, one level of blocks, treated floor joists, LP Smartsiding, 3/4" flooring, 12" oc flooring, 16" oc walls, 24" oc roof joists, all building sizes are approximate. The "/ sq ft"  is the base floor size or the area covered for a lean to.  Example Architectural shingle upgrade for 8x8 shed is 64 sq ft times $2 = $128 cost.

NC Sheds does not provide permits, handle any zoning, or Home Owners Association compliance issues.
